L5/S1 disc protrusion ???

Hello

I recently been having back probs (see my only other post) and a MRI scan revealed the following

Small but significant right centrolateral L5/S1 disc Protrusion causing moderate compromise of the right S1 root. Mild facet joint degenerative change but no other neural compromise.

Is it possible this can be managed with phyiso and/or exercise ?

Sadly the company who did the scan and the report didnt give me any other info about further treatment or exercises
