Hi everyone i'm a newbie here and hope someone can help. I have been having a lot of trouble with my right leg,i have a lot of pain in the groin and hip erea, also pain in the knee. If i try to do any exercises with this leg i get a lot of grating and a popping sound when i bend knee and straighten it.Also the next day the knee inside is sore. When i lie on my back and go to bend the leg it seems as if it is disscolating and the foot turns outwards (it is not a smooth action but like 2 bones moving over one another?? hard to explane sorry)
