Ok I fractured my Wrist and the cast came off about a week ago...Its pretty stiff and I have very little use in it

Any suggestions on excersises I can slowly begin...I dont want to push it too far as I've managed to learn to type with it again (kinda forced too due to my office job)however its still a bit Skew and obviously needs to straighten itself out properly 1st and tends to be a bit tender after a full days typing and so on.

Any advice is appreciated
