Hello

My 8 year old daughter fell off a horse 4 weeks ago and sustained a transverse fracture to the surgical neck of her humerus with 20 degrees angulation. The first 2 weeks she was in a collar and cuff. A follow up xray at 11 days revealed no improvement with the angulation so a U slab plaster was put on. Xray at 26 days showed no improvement of angulation but new bone growth. What sort of impact will the 20 degree angulation have on my daughter's range of movement and how long a recovery should we expect. My daughter is now back in a collar and cuff only and is allowed to straighten her arm to her side. Prior to her accident she played the violin.
