    I use ClinicOffice v4 from Pioneer Software | ClinicOffice | clinic software | practice management software.

    Why reinvent the wheel? Why not negotiate with them to let you modify what you want for yourself.

    Of course, if you want to reinvent the wheel, by all means let us see it
