International Physical Therapy Graduate

I am here in Alberta, Canada and working as a PTA. I finished my Degree as a Bachelor of Physical Therapy in Philippines. SInce i have no chance to take the License Examination. And i really want to pursue PT. Are they accepting my application for credentialling in US or Canada? Please help
