i am an english qualified physio with oz registration - am waiting to apply for oz residency. have had working holiday visa but am wondering if anyone would like to employ a business sponsored physio??!!

I have a 20 hour / week position available in a sports Physio practice in Sydney. Thus gives plenty of time for sightseeing etc. I'm not sure what the business sponsor system is about could you inform me. Job can start ASAP.
