Hi there,
I am a Canadian international student doing my Bachelor's of Physiotherapy at AUT university in Auckland, New Zealand.
I wanted to create this thread to see if anyone has any information or experience moving from NZ to Canada to work as a physiotherapist. I understand that my credentials will be evaluated when i return and I will have to apply to write the entrance exams but does anyone have any more information regarding some specific hurdles I may have to go through in order for this to happen (my case in particular as a NZ trained canadian)?
ie: Are there generally gaps in NZ curriculum that needs to be addressed before applying back to Canada?
Also would you recommend that I pursue some other coursework while im out here that will make the transition easier?
Your help would be greatly appreciated,
Cheers,
Rory
