South African Physio looking for work in Switzerland

I am a South African pt who worked in the UK for a year. At moment Iwant to work in Switserland's french part (geneve, Lausanne, Vevey etc). Are there any international clinics etc where I can work without being able to speak french and can manage with English? I would really appreciate any advice.

I am a dutch physio and I am sorry that I can't help you with your questions but I was wondering if you could help me. I am going to South Africa the end of this year and Mabye you could inform me about physio in South Africa. Is it difficult to finf a job in SA (cape town or Witwatersrand?) I know I have to do an exam is that difficult?
