Every country has their own registration procedures that you have to follow and it's not an easy feat. A lot of preparation and hard work is necessary. If you do not want to take any exams I suggest you can take New Zealand, HOWEVER,you have to fill up the competency charts which is time & energy-consuming and also insanely nauseous. With Australia, you have to pass the 3 stages: Eligibility, Written Exams & clinical Exams and there is a useful website in guiding you thru the written and clinicals. The BOTTOMLINE is, deciding which country you want to go for is primarily VITAL.
