    C4 - independent breathing still require
    powered wheelchair and help with washing
    dressing and feeding

    C5 - able to do some self care dressing upper
    body and feeding. Able to propel light
    weight manual chair on level surfaces

    T6- T12
    balance improves with more
    abdominals able to do more advanced
    transfers such as floor to chair

    C6 are often the most complex and slowly progressing patients
