    Femmer fracture

    I had a femmer fracture in month of september 25th. I am doing some exersices but I want some more new exercises for this kind of fracture, will you plz suggest me?

    I would suggest that you complete isometric quad strengthening exercises, although it's been longer than 6 weeks. You can strengthen you quads with weights as well is you want. Squeeze a ball between your legs as well and walk, that's probably the best thing you can do at this time, just be careful!!!
