Yes surely. Once you have a job in a country, with the reference of the employer you can easily get a visa for that country. Whereas getting a visa becomes difficult if you do not have a job in hand. Both Australia and Canada are great places. But then you have to decide on the basis of opportunities, salary and the standard of living. One of my friend is in Canada and he said that the salary in Canada is not great. If you work in clinical setting you are starting at $10 only. So it would be better if you are getting something in the hospital set-up. I don't have any idea about PTA's in Australia. I think you should do some search on net, and gather more information.
