does anyone know where I can get a set of general at home exercises on cards instead of a computer program (such as physiotools). I have been told that the computer program is not our budget.
Thanks in advance, MIKE

Hi
I am a physio student and Pilates teacher and i am currently producing such an item, but relates purely to Pilates, would that be of use?
best wishes
Dear Mike,
Take a look at ParkinsonDVD.com. They thave a DVD with home exercises that are suitable not only for parkinson patients but anyone with problems with balance, walking, transfers, flexibility, posture etc.

Erwin
I have found a great Free Resource for Exercises on the Web. All you have to do is register for free. It has been put together by a group of therapists. I use it extensively in private practice. It even allows you to add your own logo to home exercise programs. See url below
