Hi All,

We have a number of staff who work on a percentage basis and self employed. Shortly we will have some new staff joining us and we are considering paying a salary.

Would be really interested to know what packages you offer your staff or you are as an employee are on.
We would like something that has a bonus or targets or sliding scale with incentives etc.

Not sure what to offer - we don't want to feel staff are bring ripped off but we also need to know that it's affordable.

We are based in London.
