I've just used Google and typed in "occupational therapy+university+canada" and come up with loads of information including entry criteria for example Winnipeg university for doing occupational therapy. You have to search through the details to find out if your previous educational qualifications will allow you to get in somewhere to study. Normally one needs the education to get into university courses to do OT or PT but mature students may be able to do it if they have reached standards somehow otherwise. Then you have to find out how foreign students can get in as you would have to prove language proficiency and have enough money to pay for the course. For where is the best place etc for OT you might get information from PT students on this web site who are studying with OT's or better still an OT web site.
