    Re: Policy at Hospitals

    Hi Mashly,
maybe you also don't get many replies, because you don't really know what you are looking for. Your project, as you describe it, could take years to research and discuss..... If you don't know where to start, then you obviously have very poor report with your supervisor. Maybe you should also considering improving this relationship.

There is no such thing as a Hospital policy.

The last hospital I worked in had at least 50 different ones. One for each category. And for our department, there were 10 different ones, which we had to sign off every year.

May I can suggest for you to pick one single area (i.e. risk management or management of surgical waiting list or cultural awareness or staff recruitment or ...) and then start searching again.

If you are more specific, you will get better replies.

    Regards,
    Fyzzio
