Oh high school in Canada or in most places for that matter isn't enough to be a physiotherapist. In Canada you need to have a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and pass the Physiotherapy Competency Exam (theory and practical) in order to practice.

In Canada, you'll have to finish your Bachelor's degree first. Most universities prefer you have a degree in Science/Life Sciences/Kinesiology before you apply for a graduate program. This is because you'll have some of the prerequisite courses that the graduate programs ask for.

I'm not sure if the deadline to apply for an undergraduate program has passed or not. It depends on which province you're in. If you're in Ontario, then it's best to check OUAC (Ontario Universities' Application Centre) for more information. Ontario Universities' Application Centre

Each university has different prerequisites for their undergraduate programs. Best to go through each university and contact them! Hope it helps!
