Hi, what are the best procedurs in treatment of elbow contracture after imobilisation? Which electrotherapy to use? Has someone use the PNF approach in rehabilitation? What patterns?

I'm from Croatia and have a graduate work on theme physiotherapy of elbow contracture, so that any help would welcome... some literature or something, thanks
