Lightbulb Help a distressed student decide what to do next - Masters Canada or UK !

I'm sure most of you must've read or come across this question a million times on the forums.
The all important question of 'After graduation, what next' !
I've been pondering over the same for the last six months. Spent hours over the internet wondering which course to do, but I still haven't been able to make up my mind.

I met a few education counsellors who are actually oblivious to what is happening in the global physiotherapy scenario and only aim to make a quick buck by sending students to universities all across the globe.

I've completed my BPT - Bachelor's in Physiotherapy which is a 4 year course with an additional 6 month internship period.
After my graduation, I started my search, the endless search to decide how/where/what post graduation should I do.

I looked at Australia, which apparently has the highest level of education in the field, but getting Australian licences seemed to be the problematic lately. So Australia was struck out of the list.(Besides it was a tad too expensive)

After which I considered NZ, where I was told that I would have to do a one year diploma first and only then can I plan on a masters programme.

Canada came next, wherever I applied for a masters in Physical therapy, I was told that since I already have a 4 and a half year degree in physical therapy, I should do a Masters in Rehab Science instead.

United Kingdom is the talk of town. Everyone I spoke to (educational counsellors) asked me to head to the UK to pursue my masters.
UK has a preregistration masters which is for people from non PT fields to enter PT, so its an entry level program.
Then came a few other programs in Neuromusculoskeletal and Sports PT.

I finally narrowed down my search to three choices.
    1. MSc Neuromusculoskeletal PT at Kings College London
    2. MSc Sports PT at Cardiff Univ

But UK doesn't have jobs, well thats what I heard, so I'm apprehensive about these courses.

What I really need to know is do the Masters in Rehab Science degrees which are research based degrees from Canadian Universities, are they actually worth doing ?
Are these courses what PT's in Canada do ?
Also does having a Masters from Canada give me an edge in securing jobs in Canada ?

Also why do most PTs now choose Kinesiology degrees ?

I hope someone could throw some light and clarify my doubts.

P.S. Thanks to everyone who reads this. Its just that my mind is on overdrive !

So I've ended up choosing UK over Canada.
