That's like asking how long is this piece of string I am holding. If you are asking about the UK, well within the NHS I should imagine all are very similar within the relevant band. So, a band 5 MSK physio will be on the same money plus or minus a few grand as a neuro physio etc. The area doesn't have any effect, but every year you get an incremental pay increase - at the moment anyway. Outside of the NHS in private practice, who knows. Some won't exist in a private environment, i.e community physio, respiratory physio, and those that do I should imagine there is a massive range of salaries. If you start your own physio company, it's a success and opens branches all over the country, you might earn millions! If you are trying to decide which branch of physio to go into, or indeed if to go into physio at all based upon money, you might want to have a bit of a think about your approach.
