Hi,
a future job prospect? ???
You need to be excellent at what you are doing and have a passion for what you try to represent, alongside with brilliant communication skills - that is what gives you a good job prospect. Not the area as such.
Msk versus Neuro - depends entirely on what you feel you are best suited for.
That's my take on the matter.
