Name of a shoulder condition

Hi Guys,

I am going crazy as I can not recall the exact name of a shoulder condition. It is basically the creation of calcifications at the shoulder joint that is named after the person (I guess the surgeon) who studied it first.
Can anybody help me with the mane?
