    Hi christian25,

I would love to assist but I am not actually sure what it is exactly that you are looking for? Can you perhaps talk with a english speaking friend to help give a more precise outline of your needs. Thanks 8o

    Re: PT finding

    >filled out finding ?
I think you mean an Assessment sheet which you can use to fill in your finding during assessment. As far as I know that kind of sheet really depends on where you work, two ortho department may use different Ax sheet. Sometimes they even develop their own. I cant help you with that, but I do know an excellent websit for exercise. It includes a variety of Ex that you can choose and put it into a little booklet and hand it out to the pt, you can even make an Ex diary with it with all the instruction for pt and theraperist as well. Pretty handy. I havent actually use it properly and I'm not sure if you'll find those that you need in there, but there sure has plenty of exercises for spinal cord injury pt, also a whole bunch of exercise for transfers, strengthening and stretches etc...

check it out, you may find it useful.
