Help needed for NHS bursarys...!

Hey guys...

Now then, anyone any pointers/experience at all with regards application for NHS bursary's and residency issues?

I'm a British Citizen, lived here all my life, have my first degree in from Loughborough and have just received offer for a place at Southampton through clearing... which I might add I'm chuffed to bits with! I'm about to apply for an NHS bursary to cover my tuition fees only (not living expenses) but have read that you must have been living in the UK for 3 years prior to application! My real point would be that I have been traveling for a couple of years and am extremely worried that this might rule me out of funding... without which the course is simply not possible! Has anyone been through the same situation, or knows about the eligibility criteria/strictness of it!

A few sleepless night are ahead so any help would be hugely received!
