My Physiotherapy Database of over 2000 patients will be given over to you, including all patient records.
So, the purchaser would have a main street Premises with a business, an income (minimum £760.00 per month), a freehold property, with advertising in place. Also with each extra therapist, either Physio or Podiatrist, rent income will rise accordingly.
