We have been concerned that the communication is somehow incomplete. I would like to give you another phone number to try in case that is the issue. I know it is not easy to figure out how to call the US if not familiar with our numbers. When we call one an another here (local calls) we have seven digits. When we call long distance within the states, we have ten digits. (Not like in the UK where long distance within the country has an uncertain number of digits. ) Since you are from the UK, you will need to dial as follows: 001 414 418 5312. I believe that is how to do it. It can be a bit confusing. So 00 is your exit code, 1 is our country code, 414 is our area code, 418 5312 is the actual phone number to our line.
