    Re: Clinical Assessment Forms

Just wondering what physios frm other countries use to assess the patients condition for various problems. Like in Malaysia government /general hospitals, we have 13 forms ranging frm peripheral joint, General, Orthopaedic, Spine, Spinal Injury, Burn, Hand, Stroke, Burn, Pelvic Floor, Paediatric, Lymphoedema, Respiratory.

Care to share? If ur usage of forms are quite similar to mine, do you have confusion choosing the right form for the right condition particularly in using the General, Peripheral & the Orthopaedic forms?
