    Elective sport physio placement

I am currently in final year of the MSc Pre-reg Physiotherapy course and I have a 5 week elective placement starting on the 19th October 2009. I am extremely interested in sport physiotherapy and I would like to complete my elective placement in this area. Therefore I would be grateful if any one can get in contact to recommend any opportunities that are available in the North East of England.

    Re: Elective sport physio placement

    Hi

I am looking to do the MSc (Pre-Reg) Physiotherapy course next year. I was just wondering if you would be able to tell me a little about it and your experiences, what you have enjoyed etc.

To the best of my knowledge, MSc is not going to givie u much much clinical skills more than a research skills,,,,in my opinion it would be good for you if u have a practical experince [clinical], as you will need it to boost yours dealing with lectures [practical and theoretical ]in little bit more comprehensive than BSc school.

    Cheers!
