    circuit class injuries

i am a final year student undertaking a project entitiled " are there any injuries in an aerobics circuit class which are more prevalent than others"?. i will be administering a questionnaire, however, i am unsure of the questions that need to be asked, do i enqiure about how the injury happened, equipment involved , stretching habits, area the injury occured. The other problem that i have encountered is where to draw the line between upper / lower body. any input into this will be greatly appreciated.

    circuit class injuries

    Taping
Hello, Have you got a hypothesis? That could make the title a bit shorter. Eg. adductor tendinitis; main injury in circuit class? I think the questiones u mentioned are good. I reckon it is essential to work out if the injuries are due to repetative movement. What time of the day do they train, before or after work? How long have they been training (2 weeks, 1 year?). Have they had injuries before, at the same joint? Early or late in session?
It's better to ask more then less. You can set the questionaire up so it's quick to use. Yes/no questiones.

    Where are you studying?

What is your problem with drawing line between upper/lower extermity, pretty much every anatomy book aggrees on this in the same way.

    Hope that helps a bit.
