hey. i'm only 16 so i will try and describe as much as possible =]

well, ever since the hockey season has ended, ive noticed two thing going on..

1st, when ever i put pressure on my left shoulder Ex: doing push ups, i notice that my shoulder seems to pop or feel like it's going to come out of it's socket or dislocate.

2nd, ive noticed a feel in my right leg at the join of my groin and my femur, when ever i lift my right leg up it kinda feels like it's grinding, and when i do sit ups it also makes that noise, but also sounds a little like popping..


I hope i described well, but any advice or pointers on whats wrong would be helpful, thanks
