    Cricket injury

My son is a 12 year old cricket player - fast bowler. After been bowling excessively during the past week (playing for regional team), he developed a pain in the left post hip(he is a right handed bowler). The pain decreases with rest and increase as soon as he starts with practice.Being a physiotherapist, I've been treating him with U/S, I/F, Leukostrapping etc.I've tested him for Iliac Apophysitis but it seems negative. Please give advice as trials for the provincial side is coming up and there is unfortunately no time to rest.Thank you

    2) does ur son have an injury at the hip area?

    3) does he have a hyperpigmented patch at theain ful area?
