Tore my ACL a month or so ago playing rugby, going under the knife in about a month. I am back to 95% for all my leg weights apart from my hamstrings and am training most days (5 day split).

anyway my question is what sort of rehab programmes did anyone use or know of that are effective at getting back into the gym asap. I know you have to take it slow, but I want to do the most I possibly can while still being safe.

is there any sites or books that people have found useful?

also frequency of early post-op ROM exercises? how many times a day is healthy, from day 1-7 and 8-14? and how long per exercise?

I realise there is a lot to consider and many variables, but any help would be appreciated.
