    Sports experience

    Hi, I've just recently graduated in the UK and I am now eager to get sports injuries experience. If anyone knows any Physiotherapists working with a sports team/ athletes and requires an extra pair of hands please contact me.

    I actually want to know about warm up exercises before starting any sports, and how they will be beneficial for me.
