    If the test on your front is painfull then this could mean your stretching the quad but you need to then contrat the quad in this position (as detailed) to see if the pain increases. If so i would suspect quad.

    The test on your back rasises suspicions around the hip joint. To further this lay falt on your back and get a friend to turn your whole leg inwards as far as they can using the knee and shin area to provide the leverage. If you get pain up in your groin or deeep into the thigh then this is a strong indicator you've aggrevated your hip joint during your acrobatics.

    Either way i think that at six weeks + down the line i would see your Doc and see what he suggests - i would think a physio assessment would be a sound idea.
