Hi everybody.
I am a powerlifter and I have some back pain. Suprise suprise lol
This diagram shows where my back pain is. It hurts when I am sat down, try to stand up, squat, bend down or attempt to pick anything up off the floor. It's not mega pain its just sore.
The black circle shows where the pain is.
The pain had been there for a few weeks. I first got it doing a max deadlift about 6 weeks ago where I had to really FIGHT the bar off the floor and twisted ever so very slightly. The straw that broke my back was doing a deadlift in the British Champs 2 weeks ago today. The lift looked very similar to the one below but I only got it to the knees before I had to drop.
Can anybody tell me what I have done and how I can fix it?
Before anybody says it, I know the lift was a complete technical balls up.
