    slump / SLR

I have a patient who is a competitive surf ski paddler. He has had gluteal pain for two weeks. His main problem is neural tension and therefore a positive slump and half SLR. He thus cannot sit properly on the ski as this requires a slump like position. I am basically brainstorming for ways to improve slump / SLR. Anyone got some good ideas

    Taping
lengthen gluteals and lumbar extensors. increase internal hip joint rotation and then teach him how to ski proerly. he shouldn't be in a slump position? maybe he needs to move his foot pedals, change his padel length or get a new ski?

    cheers richard
