15 year old tennis player came with the complaint of right index and thumb pain, she had a history of fall on her right hand during the match and continued to play the game... she was unable to play til the end of the match because of the pain, she has swelling over the brachioradialis muscle, she has pain in holding things, she is unable to write since she goes to school, she has stopped going to tennis, she came to me after a week of the injury

Therapy that i did for her was-

trigger release over supraspinatus, infraspinatus (since i always find reffered pain of these muscles in elbow) biceps, triceps, common extensors and flexors. After 3 sessions the pain in the thumb and index has gone but pain while writing is still a complaint... and she is having pain over the elbow and swelling is there after 5 sessions, i have tried taping and ift

The triceps bond is the one at the aback of the high arm - as apparent opposite. It inserts into the aback of the elbow. If you abatement assimilate your easily you can breach this tendon. If you over-do the weights or try to advance something too abundant you can aswell breach the bond or it could become affronted through over use.
