I'd strongly recommend looking into getting a set of tailored orthotic insoles, not the over the counter ones, but from a properly trained physio with the right equipment.

Hi, it's the area above my ankle bone, feels like it is a vertival line of about 2 inches. The area becomes massively painful and feels overly firm to touch when jogging.
