An exciting opportunity presents itself for experienced dynamic and innovative physiotherapists to lead and develop a Division that brings together Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy. The Division currently sits alongside Departments of Acute Health Care, Community Services, Applied Social Sciences and Psychology within the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Division with the vision, enthusiasm and creativity to further develop the Division's course portfolio and subject base. The initial priority will be to develop new MSc Physiotherapy Courses for both home and international markets. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead on curriculum development and pedagogic innovation with a focus on creating a positive student experience. They will have experience of course development and leadership, and be of significant professional standing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in entering academic management. You should be an experienced physiotherapist and academic, registered with the Health Professions Council and have or are working towards a PhD in physiotherapy. Professorial appointment may be possible for a suitably qualified candidate.
