So I started back running about 3 weeks ago..have been doing about 15-20 miles per week pretty consistently, didn't feel like I was pushing myself too hard.
Anyways, for the last week and a half to 2 weeks, I have had HORRIBLE pain on my inner calf. I thought at first it was shin splints, I got new shoes, got orthotics and took a few days off.
I tried to run again today, got 1/4 mile and OMG, the pain. It's on the inside of my leg...radiates from my ankle to my knee...doesn't feel like a "deep" pain, I can massage it and it hurts, but feels good at the same time. I am running out of $$ to keep trying things...any other suggestions?
