I only started to feel the pain in my foot 2days after i had the initial injury and it is still quite discolored compared to the other foot and is a little swollen although has gone down a bit.
I had a hospital appointment today and saw a physio who said i should now start weight baring and then once walking comfortably and it feels stronger to try trampolining again. I was quite surprised and not entirely sure when i will no when it is strong enough to go back to sport?
With my foot the feeling was that it was swollen etc due to lack of movement as i had not been weight baring and therefore over the next few days should improve
