Hi everyone,
I am going to the rugby sevens matches next week to help as a physiotherapist.
Thats my first time so I would like to have an idea of how to prepare for it. I know that usually streching, taping, strapping, massage are done, but I want to read more about them (specifically for rugby) so I would appreciate any advice on where to get good information and videos.
And if theres anything else that I need to do or read up on please let me know.
