    Re: Sports team player/injury records

the notes police are unlikely to be banging on your door any time soon. When I worked in non-league I had a whiteboard with the players injury status on it (So all the players in the left hand column, then whether they were fit to play or not, then what the injury was and their estimated return to play date). I never documented anything else. Theres no clinical educator breathing down your neck, so dont worry.

I would be worried, not on the continent of Europe but in the USA and GB because of: if there is a blame you have a claim. No files? you will be done for every accusation made against you, a lawyer makes minced meat of you (no paperwork, no defense, what is written is more likely true in court than what is said or assumed). Only one player has to put a complaint against you or for example a colleague or a club doctor, that's all what it takes.
HPC as well as the CSP will supply you with guidelines.
