sports physio...prospects

hi,
i dont know whther iam posting in right thread but...somebody help in deciding to do a course in sports and exercise science..
got an opportunity to study sports and exercise science in new zealand..
can any one tell me how are the prospects in new zealand and outside abt this course...
and how far will it help a physiotherapist?
hope there would be some input..
