what he mean is so many causes can be found for the hip pain like yours.which movement when performing are causing you pain.bending the leg,taking it to side,back or turning in and out.
do you experience click sound in the hip joint expecially when coming from sitting to standing.or while any other movement
does you feel that the pain starting in the hip spread to leg or back
