Hi everyone!
I would like to know your opinion on the best method of stretching for orthopaedic-sports patients! Would you go for the 15-20 second approach, or perhaps the stretch-release-stretch-release approach McKenzie suggests? Of course there are other techniques as well like push - relax but the last ones involve the physio as well. So, maybe we can divide this to optimal self stretching methods and physiotherapist assisted ones.
