    return to play measures

    Hello all,

    Does anyone has any literature on post (musculoskeletal) injury return to play guidelines?

    Are there any particular criteria/ physical tests to be considered for return to play at elite level? Any specific criteria for cricket?

    Thanks.

    Oh yes, but will have to post it later when I re-discover it.

    Recent study in australia showed that not the 40yard dash, nor some other measure were as effective as non-linear assessments. It is the ability to use power that is most important for athletes.

    Will post it later.
