NSW Registration - HELP!

Hi,

I have applied for my NZ reg in order to get my Oz reg - It has been a costly process! I was just wondering if anyone know's if you have to have the annual practicing certificate from NZ to get NSW reg? I don't want to pay anymore money!! I was hoping the registration certificate would be sufficient?
