Official academic syllabus from University of Sydney

Hi,

Can someone help me obtain the official academic syllabus for 2003/2004 degree conversion course that was offered by University of Sydney & Singapore Institute of Management? I tried to get it from SIM in 2008 but the person in-charge told me it was confidential & gave me an outline only. The NZ physiotherapy board rejected the outline. I contacted the university/lecturer-in-charge in October 2009 requesting for the syllabus & nothing positive has come out of it. This document is the only thing that is preventing my NZ registration application from being processed.

You will be unable to get this as it would allow physios from other countries to compare there degree and then they would able to argue with the APC that they do not require to go through the exam process. If by some miracle you do obtain this let me know
